September 24, 2020, 2 p.m. CDT – Systems-Level Transportation Simulation: Creating the SMART Mobility Modeling Workflow
The Energy Efficient Mobility Systems (EEMS) program in the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Vehicle Technologies Office is hosting a series of seven Systems and Modeling for Accelerated Research in Transportation (SMART) Mobility Consortium webinars.
Mobility connects people to opportunity. Whether they are accessing work, healthcare, shopping, education, or leisure activities, people rely on transportation as fundamental to a high quality of life. What energy implications and opportunities are inherent in new transportation solutions? Do gains in one area cause tradeoffs in another? Where are there synergies between new technologies? DOE’s SMART Mobility Consortium is dedicated to answering these kinds of important questions.
Webinar 1 –Â Systems-Level Transportation Simulation: Creating the SMART Mobility Modeling Workflow – will be hosted by David Anderson, Program Manager, VTO-Energy Efficient Mobility Systems and Aymeric Rousseau, Argonne National Laboratory.
