The City of Bloomington is excited to announce that they will be hosting an EV Ride and Drive: Bike to Earth Day on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Switchyard Park from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.1601
The EV Ride and Drive event will allow attendees to test drive and ride in various electric-powered vehicles, from cars to e-bikes. Several local auto manufacturers will have a variety of EV models available for the ride-and-drive portion of the event.
Additionally, EV owners will show their vehicles and answer questions about ownership, costs, and charging. Other organizations will also be available with information related to electric vehicles, such as how and where to charge EVs, how EVs can improve air quality and reduce CO2 emissions, how much fun they are to drive, and how owning an EV can save you money.
