This year is the 55th anniversary of celebrating Earth Day! This global holiday serves as a platform to raise awareness\, bring about positive change\, and promote eco-friendly habits. In Porter County\, we are dedicated to embodying the change we wish to see. Our annual event is a testament to this commitment\, featuring a wide array of environmentally themed vendors\, live music\, delicious food\, captivating performances\, inspiring guest speakers\, engaging children’s activities\, and numerous giveaways\, all free of charge. Drawing in 2\,000 residents from Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area on average\, our event provides an exciting opportunity for individuals to deepen their understanding of and interactions with Mother Earth. We are thrilled to announce that this year’s nationwide theme is “Our Power\, Our Planet.” An opportunity to explore Earth’s renewable and natural powers. \nJoin us at the Porter County Expo Center on Saturday\, April 12th\, 2025 from 9am to 1pm\, as we return bigger and better than ever.
