DESCRIPTION:April 20 – HCREMC Energize & Electrify EV Car Sho \nEV Car Show “Energize & Electrify” at Henry County REMC\n\n \nHenry County REMC Hosts Electric Vehicle Showcase\n \nNew Castle\, IN – Henry County REMC is revving up for its EV Car Show “Energize & Electrify” on April 20th\, 2024\, from 10AM to 2PM. The event\, hosted at the REMC’s West parking lot (3400 S State Road 3\, New Castle)\, aims to bring together electric vehicle enthusiasts\, and the local community for a day of celebration and education around sustainable transportation.\n \nBoth hybrid and fully electric vehicles will be showcased at “Energize & Electrify\,” with owners invited to register their vehicles online at www.hcremc.com. Those who register will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win exciting prizes\, including smart home and auto supplies\, auto cleaning buckets\, gift cards to local businesses like Big O Tires\, Primo\, and Clancy’s Car Wash\, a double camping chair with a cooler and umbrella\, a solar charger power bank\, and more.\n \nIn addition to the vehicle showcase\, the event promises a range of activities and attractions for attendees of all ages. The REMC Community Room will transform into an “EV Info Hub\,” where visitors can learn about electric vehicles\, attend presentations by experts\, and gather valuable information about electric vehicles.\n \nFamilies can enjoy food for purchase from 11AM to 1PM\, and complimentary coffee and donuts will be available while supplies last.  \n \nThe EV Car Show “Energize & Electrify” has garnered support from numerous sponsors\, including Flynn’s Guttering\, Big O Tires\, Clancy’s Car Wash\, Primo\, Weenie World\, Broad Street Blends\, Indiana’s Electric Cooperatives\, Hoosier Energy\, Advanced Auto Parts\, Auto Zone\, and O’Riley Auto Parts. Their contributions have made it possible to host this exciting event.\n \nAll EV owners in attendance will receive a complimentary prize package courtesy of Henry County REMC\, which contains a smart energy kit\, a lunch tote\, and several other items.\n\nRegister HERE\n \n\nIn case of inclement weather\, the event will be rescheduled for Saturday\, April 27th\, 2024. \n\n  \n
